Afgelopen zondag op de Local Sunday Market is Colourful Creativity officieel gelanceerd. Het was een groot succes evenals de Local Sunday Market zelf! 2400 bezoekers zijn er geweest en dat was te merken, want wat was het druk! Maar ook ontzettend gezellig! Onze kraam was lekker kleurrijk en bomvol creatieve hebbedingen. De volledige collectie van Colourful Creativity lag uitgestald 🙂 Heel bijzonder om alle ideeën en inzet van de afgelopen maanden zo samen te zien komen in een geweldig geheel! Gelukkig voor iedereen die niet de kans heeft gehad om bij de lancering te zijn, er was nog wel wat over. Zodoende hebben Made by Bir en ik onze webshops gevuld deze week en kun je nu naar hartelust online shoppen! De handgemaakte glazen steekmarkeerders volgen nog, het zijn er ruim 100 en die stuk voor stuk goed op de foto krijgen is nogal een klusje. Daar ben ik nog mee bezig dus! Ze zullen zo snel mogelijk volgen dus als je die graag wilt, even geduld nog!

De derde keer Local Sunday Market voor mij, maar dit keer met een andere opzet! Jullie zagen al dat het wolverven een nieuwe verslaving is en onder de naam Colourful Creativity is Kralalien een samenwerking aangegaan met Keramikia en Made by Bir. Een collectie van kleurrijke producten voor breien en haken, bestaande uit o.a. unieke handgeverfde wol, steekmarkeerders, garenkommen, projecttasjes en accessoires. Op 3 mei op de Local Sunday Market presenteren wij ons voor het eerst. Hieronder alvast enkele voorbeelden. Na de markt zullen de producten o.a. in de webshop van Kralalien te koop te zijn. Ik verfde nog meer strengen wol. Dit keer wel petrol met een aantal tinten teal 🙂 En geel, lekker zonnig! Zo ziet het wasrekje er dan uit als ik geverfd heb, heerlijk uitzicht! Deze streng voelde zo fijn dat ik hem gelijk wilde gebruiken. Het is een Alpaca wol met zijde en is zo zacht! Het werd een hoesje voor mijn nieuwe tablet. Nu kan deze eindelijk mee in de tas zonder dat ik bang ben voor krassen. Hier ligt hij nog te blocken, maar inmiddels is ie al even in gebruik 🙂 Ik breide voor het eerst een kabel en dat viel me reuze mee! Ook naar de gele wol was ik erg nieuwsgierig, hoe dat zelfgeverfde er nou uitziet als je het breit. Nou zo dus! Nieuw paar sokken in wording, lekker simpel patroontje wat ik in de auto naar Antwerpen kon breien. Over Antwerpen binnenkort meer! Het kwam vooral neer op veel lopen, lekker eten en drinken en een beetje breien. Lekker een weekendje eruit en relaxen!
